How to use

Place your Comfort U pregnancy pillow flat on to your mattress, medical professionals currently recommend that you sleep on your left side, as it is believed this can help to improve blood flow to the placenta.
Please Note: If you prefer to sleep on your right side this is also possible, there is no firm evidence that sleeping on your right side makes much difference.
Lie on your side on the pillow with the back support cushion fitted into the small of your back.
Pull the main support pillow towards and against your belly, rest your belly on the pillow
Place the leg support pillow between your knees, this will remove the pressure on your back and belly as well as supporting your upper leg
Finally, rest your head on the top of the pillow

This was the first purchase I made to do with my pregnancy. I was having trouble sleeping as I am a tummy sleeper. It is very big so remember to warn your partner there will be no more cuddles!! Seriously slept better with this item. I am nearly 6 ft and it was longer than any of the other ones I looked at.

Love the pillow! Made so much difference. Started getting hip pains at 12 weeks that were waking me up in the night and I regularly couldn't get back to sleep after 3 or 4am. With combo of pregnancy pillow and physio I still wake up to turn due to discomfort in one hip, but don't have the pain that would leave me wide awake early in the morning (and so grumpy throughout the day). I'm a wriggler at night, so it keeps me on my side and using it with the turn of the U by my feet it means even though I'm tall it can gives my upper leg great support however much I wriggle!

My 12 yr old girl suffers with chronic pain. She absolutely loves this pillow and makws her much more comfy in bed. Only downside is getting pillowcase on yourself as i had trouble able bodied. Still well worth it though and you can always leave pillowcase off.

WOW factor

i have arthritis in the spine and sleep was impossible until I bought the U Pillow, it's fantastic how it supports you and it is soft and comfortable at the same time. I have tired sleeping between the arms as advised and also on top (the arms together) and I found both ways comfortable and sleep was possible. There is room on an 4ft 6in double bed for your partner to be comfortable too. i would recommend the pillow for people with problems similar to mine, relief is available. The cover is very easy to put on and to take off.

Brought this pillow it is amazing alot bigger than i exspected to big for use on a sofa, i would reccomend any pregnant lasy to buy this or anyone who needs support whilst sleeping

Ordered this pillow when I was 12 weeks pregnant with my second baby as I have SPD. Instantly helped me sleep, no longer waking with cramps in my legs & has stopped me rolling over onto my back. I'm 26 weeks now & I wish I had bought this in my 1st pregnancy. So comfortable. Would recommend to anyone with bad back & SPD.

This pillow has brought back my good night sleeps, it's truly incredible and I wish I had bought it earlier. I was suffering from joint pains in my hips and knees during the night from as early as 20 weeks of pregnancy and thanks to this pillow I'm not waking up numerous times a night in pain. It provides just the support I need. It's perfect for those like me who change sides frequently during the night - you just turn over without having to move your pillow with you. It's quite big and takes half of our bed but there's enough room for my partner, and he actually finds the pillow quite comfy when I'm not there!

Life changer!

The pillow enables me to sleep comfortably, providing bump support, between the knee support and back cushioning to assist with side sleeping. It's huge though, hubby and you + pillow better in a king size bed than a double!

nice pillow

Very pleased a friend had bought a u shape pillow from another company and hers is way to big, this is the perfect size (not as big as in pic) and my hubby can still fit in the bed, a very comfortable and nice and soft but firm enough pillow to help you sleep
